FIT often find existing applications that have been developed over long periods by different members of client staff that have moved on. The original requirements may have changed or additional functionality may be required.
New Reporting Requirements
FIT typically work for Finance, Marketing and Human Resources. New reports may be required existing reports maybe required in a different format. Our client may require summary data in a file for loading to a group consolidation package e.g. Hyperion. Our client may require reports automatically created and made available the clients intranet or despatched via email.
System migration, Excel to Access and / or Access to SQL Server
An existing solution may have outgrown its original structure. Application may be becoming less reliable, affecting report creditability or data security.
Extraction and analysis of data from business systems
New data streams may be available following company mergers. Clients may wish to analyse data currently stored on legacy systems.
Support client development efforts
A FIT objective is to empower client staff to support and maintain solutions provided. On-going support would be available if required.

FIT has worked with Peoplesoft, Coda, Computer Associates PRMS, Hyperion, Solomon Financials, Quickbooks and other. FIT has been involved in project management, data validation and data conversion as well as upgrading supporting applications which are required to work with new business system.
